Internal Incentive

As soon as they arrived at Kilimanjaro airport, our participants were able to board their 4x4 Land Cruisers and start their adventure by driving to the 3 lodges privatised to welcome them, on the outskirts of the mythical Ngorongoro Crater. After a good night sleep at 2300m, their first safari started in the heart of this famous crater, a unique geological phenomenon, and a real animal sanctuary; herds of wildebeest and zebras as far as the eye can see, hyenas, lions, rhinoceroses, elephants... An atmosphere of beauty and serenity, an idea of paradise on earth. 

What a surprise it was to discover, in the middle of the savannah, a camp specially set up for the occasion on the outskirts of the Olduvai gorges, which welcomed them for a magical evening and night, under a tent and under the milky way... The next morning, escorted by Masai warriors, they were able to hike in the gorge, among the giraffes, before resuming their safari. To conclude this trip, a specially chartered fleet of 8 planes dropped the group off on the island of Zanzibar, in a magnificent "resort", with its feet in the water, for a "busy" programme: relaxation, swimming, and snorkelling in a marine conservation area, punctuated by a lunch of fish and seafood on a sandbank lost in the middle of the ocean. All that was missing was a cruise in traditional "dhaws" and a dolphin escort at sunset to announce their last white evening party on the beach, and thus complete this winning combination in beauty!
